The hotel had complimentary water, coffee, fruit, and tea in the lobby. The location was beautiful with a serene atmosphere. The staff was great.
The hotel room was not up to my expectations. Despite the cold weather, the room was extremely hot, and even with the thermostat set at its minimum, it didn't help cool the room down.
